When purchasing hardware and software items, even from reputable websites and they offer two different items as a package deal, one needs to be very careful to find out if the items are compatible, especially when one is a hardware item and the other is a software item as was your case.īest to stick with the items you know will work as with Roxio's programs and hardware items that they advertise. Either that or if the Eas圜ap website possibly has a driver for 64bit OS's then that would be a good way to go also. But it will not install properly with any of the 64bit OS's that I have tried it on. If you are running XP, Vista 32bit or Win7 3bit OS's the device you have can still be used with Roxio's C2010, as the drivers will work when installed correctly.
